For some people this is the most wonderful time of the year – kids are going back to school. For others it’s the worst time as we pack our “older” kids up and they move on to bigger and better things. No matter what side you are on it can be a wild emotional rollercoaster. Some of us want the warm summer nights to continue, some are longing for the cooler fall days and crisp nights. One thing we know is that this time period for us is an adjustment so let it happen, embrace the last few weeks, try and squish those lasting memories in with family, but most importantly, make the best of it.
