Covid-19 Protocols


During this unprecedented time 2021 has brought its share of challenges with many changes. It may be difficult to get the important information you need. We are reposting our Covid- 19 protocols.

We want to reassure our customers that we are still open and operational. Our technicians are working in businesses and homes. The services we offer are deemed essential services, as we do repairs and maintenance.

Here are the steps we are taking to keep our technicians and customers safe during this time.

  • When our technicians are in your home or business they are wearing masks.
  • They also maintain social distancing with each other and our customers.
  • Our technicians are currently providing negative Covid-19 test results to our customers in nursing homes and Long term care facilities. Our technicians are being tested within 7 days of the scheduled appointment.
  • We are sanitizing and disinfecting our tools and machines after each use.

If you prefer a contactless service, we have the option of completing our work while remaining in communication with you and we will lock up upon completion.

All of our technicians are insured, licensed and bonded. The safety of our customers and staff is the upmost importance to us.
