Steam Canada’s Covid-19 Protocols


During this uncertain time, 2020 has brought its share of challenges with lots of changes. It may be difficult to get the important information you need. We want to reassure our customers that we are still open and operational. Our technicians are working in homes and businesses. The services we offer are deemed essential services as we do repairs and maintenance. Here are the steps that we are taking to keep our technicians and customers safe during this time.

When our technicians are in your home or business they are wear masks. They also maintain social distancing with each other and our customers. Our technicians are currently providing negative Covid-19 test results to our customers in Retirement and Long Term Care Facilities. At this time our technicians are being tested every 7 days.

We are sanitizing and disinfecting our tools and machines after each use.

If you prefer a contactless service, we have the option of completing our work while remaining in communication with you and we will lock up upon completion. All of our technicians are insured, licensed and bonded. The safety of our staff and customers is the utmost importance to us.
